• Support Year 3 students in developing key skills in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the development of students

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status 
• Previous experience teaching in Year 3
• Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
