Responsibilities and Duties

• Work one-on-one and in small groups with SEN students, supporting their academic and social development.
• Assist in implementing targeted interventions to meet individual learning and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCo, and parents to monitor progress and ensure consistent support.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Help prepare resources and activities tailored to the needs of SEN students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in SEN support roles, preferably in a secondary school setting.
• A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Enhanced DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK.
