Key Responsibilities of the Year 4 Teacher:
- Teach the Year 4 curriculum, providing engaging lessons that foster a love of learning across subjects.
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the diverse needs of Year 4 pupils, ensuring all children have the opportunity to succeed.
- Develop students' literacy and numeracy skills while building their confidence and independence in the classroom.
- Encourage social and emotional development, promoting teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence in Year 4 pupils.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and work closely with parents to ensure every child’s success.

- QTS and relevant teaching experience, ideally in Year 4 or similar Key Stage 2 roles.
