Teaching Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of Reception students.
- Develop strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and motivated.
- Assess children’s progress and provide regular updates to parents.
- Collaborate with other Early Years staff to share best practices and develop effective teaching strategies.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive classroom environment for all Reception children.
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with Reception-aged children.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Passion for working with young learners.
