Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities

• Planning and Teaching: The Year 5 Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, innovative lessons that meet the requirements of the Year 5 curriculum, ensuring a balance of academic rigor and creativity.
• Student Development: The teacher will foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement, social skills, and emotional well-being for all students.
• Assessment and Feedback: The Year 5 Teacher will regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track development to ensure all students reach their potential.

Year 5 Teacher Requirements

• Qualifications: Applicants must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and PGCE
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in primary education is preferred, but applications from newly qualified teachers (NQTs) will also be considered.
