They are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Computer Science Teacher to join their dedicated faculty in a full-time, permanent position commencing this September.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the school's dynamic Computer Science department, inspiring the next generation of tech-savvy individuals. The role entails fostering a love for technology and computational thinking in students, equipping them with essential skills for the digital age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Computer Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Computer Science department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary level.
