French and Spanish Teacher - Lambeth Secondary School
A highly reputable secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic French and Spanish Teacher to join their dynamic Modern Foreign Languages department on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to contribute to a thriving learning environment and inspire students in their language acquisition journey.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the MFL department and across the school to enhance teaching and learning strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments and innovative teaching methodologies in language education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in French or Spanish or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience teaching French and Spanish at the secondary school level (preferred but not essential for NQTs).
