Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in teaching English at GCSE and A-Level.
- Experience working with students with additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, or other learning disabilities.
- Proficiency in adapting teaching methods to individual learning requirements.
- Patience, empathy, and creativity, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
- Enhanced DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK.
