Position Overview: As a Reception/Subject Leader Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for our youngest learners while also providing leadership in a specific subject area. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Reception students, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Lead and coordinate a specific subject area across the school, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a rich, balanced curriculum that reflects our Catholic ethos.
• Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and offering support as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably in Early Years education.
