Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities

• Planning and Delivery: The Year 2 Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that align with the Year 2 curriculum.

• Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and track individual development to ensure all students meet their potential.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all students.

Year 2 Teacher Requirements

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE
• Experience: Experience working with primary-aged children
• Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent classroom management, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
