Role Overview
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the KS2 curriculum to a group of enthusiastic young learners. You will ensure that lessons are engaging, dynamic, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students, helping them develop academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons across the curriculum, including Maths, English, Science, and Humanities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children’s individual learning needs, providing appropriate resources and differentiation.
- Foster a love of learning by encouraging curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking.
Requirements
- QTS
- Experience teaching in KS2, ideally with Year 3 or a similar age group.
- A passion for teaching and helping children develop both academically and personally.
- Creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
