Teaching Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Reception students.
- Create a positive, engaging classroom environment where children are encouraged to explore and learn.
- Monitor and assess the progress of Reception students, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Work closely with the Early Years team to ensure that the reception curriculum is delivered effectively.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social skills and emotional development in Reception.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to school-wide professional development programs.
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in Reception or Early Years settings.
- Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for supporting young children’s development.
