The Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports academic and personal growth.
- Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents.
- Work closely with colleagues, including support staff and specialists, to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in or passion for teaching KS2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and proven ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A creative and adaptable teaching style that engages all learners and caters to diverse learning needs.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to contribute to the school’s vision and ethos.
Desirable:
- Experience using educational technology to enhance learning.
- A commitment to extracurricular activities and helping children explore their talents outside of the classroom.
- A willingness to contribute to school improvement and curriculum development.
